• The smaller the air bubbles, the more drastic the increase of reaction speed. Micro/nano bubbles have almost no buoyancy, so stays longer in the water.
• When filling bubbles in a container with volume 1 cubic mm, the surface area when filling with 100mm radius bubbles is 10,000 times that of filling with a 1 mm radius bubble.

Abstract

The nano system mixes ultra fine gas bubbles into liquid, increases activity of water and dissolved oxygen, therefore enhancing intrinsic purification properties of the water. Wide-range purification of water is possible without any negative effect on surrounding environment. It is also used in engineering/industrial applications.

Bubble generation methods include filter method, dissolving under high pressure, ultrasonic wave method, and air shearing method. Nano 1 system uses air shearing method. Ultra fine gas bubbles are generated by taking in water and air in the existing environment and stirring in the equipment by passing through a magnetic field, redox effects of the water enhanced.
